Propuesta de un Modelo de Negocios para el Gremio Artesanal de Orfebrería y Afines Chordeleg

This study aimed to develop a business proposal for the artisanal guild and related craftsmen's guild in Chordeleg, to improve their productivity and competitiveness in the market, as well as to promote the social and economic growth of the region. To this end, an analysis of the different theories and concepts related to business models was conducted, data related to the artisanal guild market in the region was collected, a SWOT analysis was developed, and both a technical and financial study was performed to establish the guidelines and administrative directives under which they should operate as a guild. The type of study was descriptive, non-experimental with a mixed approach, employing the survey as an instrument of data collection, where through the analysis of the production process of gold earrings in the shape of a flower, the development of the cash flow and the projected income statement, the application of the financial indicators Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) it was determined that the implementation of this proposal is feasible, so its implementation is recommended.
