This project was conducted in the Special Education Unit "Claudio Neira Garzón" which is located in the area Quinta Chica Baja north of the City of Cuenca, we worked with a population of two children whom a checklist was applied to see how high their level of understanding when the teacher starts to tell a story. For this reason you try to create an appropriate technique based on the dramatization of stories to help hearing impaired children, infants have difficulty reading or understanding, so we want to bring this project to improve reading comprehension in infants and they are not good user of the written language thus they fail to have good reading comprehension.
