Ítem Acceso Abierto Propuesta de un plan de Marketing para mejorar el nivel de ventas para la Microempresa Laboratorio super Turbo del Cantón La Troncal.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) León Azuero, Ronny Stalyn; Pesantez Molina, Wilson Geovanny; 0302279310The research purpose was to design a marketing plan to improve the sales level of Super Turbo of La Troncal canton since the establishment evidenced lacks a business philosophy, training in customer service, and lack of promotions and advertising. Likewise, it does not use any reliable and viable marketing strategy that would help increase the client portfolio and build customer loyalty, especially to promote an increase in sales, which have shown slight growth in the last five years. During the development of this thesis, it implemented marketing strategies framed to their actual situation. The used technique was the survey, directed to those owners of diesel fuel vehicles, to know their purchase behavior, customer profile, preferences, knowledge of the commercial premises, and level of satisfaction. Likewise, the employed instrument was the interview, directed to the owner-manager to complement the situational information. This study considered a mixed, non-experimental approach methodology since the variables of this research, such as a marketing plan and an increase in the level of sales, are detailed.Finally, as a recommendation, the Super Turbo automotive laboratory should implement the suggested strategies as soon as possible since the financial analysis showed that their implementation is feasible, thus improving the experience of the target public in the generation of value and quality of service.
