Ítem Acceso Abierto Hábitos y conductas saludables utilizadas por la población para enfrentar la covid-19. Una revisión(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2022-07-01) Verdugo Velásquez, Karen Yadira; Peralta Cardenas, Maria Fernanda; 030224663-2Introduction: At the end of 2019, a virus was detected in China and researchers called it SARSCoV-2, it spread rapidly causing a worldwide pandemic. That is why, some measures were taken in Ecuador: the total confinement of the population, the use of masks, and other healthy habits that are still used in order to prevent new infections. Objective: To identify the population´s healthy habits and behaviors to deal with Covid-19. Method: A systematic literature review was carried out in different academic browsers and indexed university repositories like Redalyc, Scielo, Google Scholar, and the PRISMA literature selection method was applied. To search documents keywords like "lifestyles", "pandemic", "health crisis", "covid-19", and "healthy habits" were used. Findings: Taking into consideration the 27 bibliographic references and the official sources, the main axes were analyzed about lifestyles, habits, behaviors, and health access, these being the most relevant ones dealt with in the selected publications and based on the defined criteria for the systematic review. Conclusions: The population adopted healthy habits and behaviors during the Covid-19, it helped to improve the quality of life undergoing the health crisis. Families perform entertainment activities that help to regulate their emotions both in the organizational and health context whose contribution to family health has been essential during the quarantine.
