Ítem Acceso Abierto Humanización en salud en la práctica de enfermería del hospital Homero Castanier Crespo, mayo-octube 2018(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2018) Bravo Urgilés, Jova Rosario; Romero Galabay, Ignacia Margarita; 0104078498; ., .Background: Humanization is based on kindness, respect, dignified attention to the user, considering the values of the human being. Objective: To assess the degree of humanization that the nursing staff of the Hospital "Homer Castanier Crespo" applies in their professional practice. Methods: A Qualitative, Cross-sectional Descriptive study was conducted to measure reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used with a sample of 57 patients and 84 nurses. Technique: Observation. Instrument: Observation form with the Likert scale to measure the categories. Results: Regarding the nurse - patient relationship, it was intended to know the degree of humanization considering the internal client as a key factor to assess it, obtaining a moderate humanization, the relationship between the health worker and the institution is satisfactory due to factors that guarantee The process of training both for staff and for institutional reform, the relationship between co-workers due to interpersonal conflicts is not very satisfactory, another factor would be the level of stress that hinders work development. 84 nurses were obtained, obtaining as a result: To provide quality care to the user and provide comprehensive care to the patient with 4.8%, giving equal attention with 3.6% and finally 2.4% on the Pay attention to the human being as a biopsychosocial being. Conclusion: It was determined that hospital professionals are moderately humanized.
