A quantitative approach was employed to elaborate the work because empirical techniques, such as the survey on methodological strategies for low academic achievement, were used. The JASP program was utilized for validation, data tabulation, and analysis of the results. It is a cross-sectional cohort study with a descriptive quantitative approach. The participants involved in this process were 45 teachers from rural institutions in the Canton of Biblián, with a sample of 20 teachers. Among the results that make the survey relevant, it is identified that 95% of the teachers are inclined to generate innovative content based on the use of technological resources and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). It has resulted in improved academic performance, being builders of "learning by doing," and fostering significant learning achievement and successful teaching performance. For this reason, it is necessary to highlight the evolution of technology worldwide, especially when integrated by teachers into the educational field, and leads to the improvement of methodological strategies, thus ensuring the quality of the educational system.

All this guarantees the students the discovery of their abilities, their values and connects them with professional and job training. This study aimed to determine the influence of the family as a guidance counselor in the choice of a university career in third-year high school students attending the morning section at “Unidad Educativa 16 de Abril.” The sample consisted of 39 students from the third year of high school in the morning session. The methodology was non-experimental, with a quantitative transversal cohort approach since the data were collected simultaneously. A frequent statistical-descriptive study supported it. The instrument used was the survey with 18 items, validated by the JASP software, obtaining Cronbach's Alpha with a value of 0.712. Among the results obtained, it was found that vocational guidance proves to be a useful tool in career decision-making without the influence of the family. It helps the student to decide about university studies, where there should be self-determination in their self-education.

This research addresses the issue of emotional Intelligence and academic performance in students of the Education career at the Catholic University of Cuenca, Azogues, 2022 school year. This study aimed to analyze Emotional Intelligence and its impact on academic performance in students of the Education career at the Catholic University of Cuenca, Azogues. This research was framed in the non-experimental quantitative design, descriptive in nature, a survey was applied as an instrument of data collection under the Likert scale to 38 students, a problem was evidenced in their academic performance because they do not feel positive attitudes when facing an exam, students think they are not able to get good grades, and cannot express themselves emotionally, it is important to work within the classroom Emotional Intelligence to achieve an excellent academic performance.

This research aims to analyze the application of gamification in the interlearning process in inclusive education in middle school. The work focuses on meta-analysis methodology and consider the various parameters of the PRISMA methodology, which enables reliable and properly validated studies that contribute with necessary information. was collected and managed from the Catholic University of Cuenca databases in SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, and theses. It should be emphasized that the search process for the studies needed in the systematic review is located in a flowchart. Among the most relevant results is that teachers and students consider that implementing gamification in the educational environment significantly contributes to developing and acquiring meaningful learning. About 88% of students and teachers mentioned that they are generally interested in teachers using gamification and developing game dynamics in their classrooms. In conclusion, using these digital tools is essential to improve inclusive education and encourage teachers and students to use didactic strategies and technological tools that draw their attention.
