Therefore, it is appropriate to study the migration to digital marketing in commercial MSMEs in Azogues. Therefore, a study is conducted in which a sample of millennials between 20 and 40 years of age in the city is analyzed, and a validated survey composed of 18 multiple-choice questions is applied. The results are compiled using digital media in the cloud; for their channeling and analysis, the SPSS statistical program is used to generate contingency tables, graphs, and chi-square tests to validate the hypotheses proposed. As a result, 78% of millennials make purchases online, underscoring the significance for commercial MSMEs in the city to venture into digital media. Likewise, the digital absence and lack of online positioning among the businesses of the city became evident. This research aims to make an academic-strategic contribution to the commercial MSMEs of Azogues in digital marketing campaigns while addressing the research question: Are there bivariate dependencies between digital marketing and exogenous factors applicable to commercial MSMEs in the city of Azogues? Additionally, how can they take advantage of this tool with its implementation?

Therefore, in this research, 12 artisan producers in Azogues-Ecuador were observed during the production and marketing of blocks, thus determining good practices. For this purpose, qualitative, interpretative, exploratory, and descriptive research was conducted. The data collection techniques were in-depth interviews with questionnaires and observation sheets. The results showed the need to generate an organizational culture of continuous improvement and staff training during dosing, setting, drying, and curing the blocks. Likewise, strategies were identified for the commercialization of the product through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to have a sustainable impact on the small enterprises of the social and solidarity economy in Azogues.

The study aimed to characterize this sector and understand its impact on the region's economic development and employment generation. The methodology used was descriptive exploratory, non-probabilistic and cross-sectional. The technique employed was the survey, and the instrument used was a questionnaire validated by expert opinion and calculated through the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the general scale. The results showed a non-parametric test, with an arithmetic mean of 3.80 and a standard deviation of only 0.536. In conclusion, an encouraging panorama has been revealed regarding entrepreneurship and growth opportunities for metal-mechanic distributors in Azogues, which show a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit and a capacity to innovate and adapt.
- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoDimensiones Asociadas al Emprendimiento Productivo en Biblián-Ecuador(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2024) Encalada Alvarez, Hernán Patricio; Solís Muñoz, Juan Bautista; 0302041017This research on productive entrepreneurship in Biblián-Ecuador is based on the positivist paradigm, which assumes that the results of applied studies are the most acceptable sources of human knowledge. This quantitative and correlational investigation has a non-probabilistic and intentional cross-sectional design. The research group comprises 35 merchants affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce of Biblián. The research questions are created employing an expert rating method in which individuals consider the questions according to their relevance. Statements with higher scores become part of the information collection instrument, and the reliability of the evaluation instrument is also tested using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, which measures the internal consistency of the items about the variables. Thus, the results indicate that profitability 0.418*, growth 0.434**, and innovation 0.368* are associated with productive entrepreneurship. Therefore, specific conclusions mention that in the canton of Biblián, productive entrepreneurship is applied in the daily processes of companies, so work experience is significant to undertake in the business being applied through public policies that support innovation to ensure profitability. All entities that maintain high motivation in their workers have elevated customer satisfaction. Applied research, this study aims to determine the associated factors with employees' work motivation in the "Arévalo Yumbla e hijos" Corporation through applied research. The literature reviewed and underlying this research revolves around business world motivation theories. The scope is exploratory, descriptive and correlative, cross-sectional, and nonexperimental; furthermore, the study is also intentionally non-probabilistic, so the survey was utilized as a data collection technique applied to 48 employees; therefore, the Pearson correlation was used since the test is parametric. As a result, it was recognized that there is a bilateral correlation between work motivation and the independent leadership variables (0.700**), professional recognition (0.676**), and organizational environment (0.700**) at a lower p-value statistical significance level. In the "Arévalo Yumbla e hijos" Corporation, the associated factors with employee motivation are leadership, professional recognition, and organizational working atmosphere.

For this reason, an investigation was conducted in the rural parish of Cojitambo, in the canton of Azogues, Ecuador. The research aims to identify the factors associated with agricultural innovation in the parish of Cojitambo-Ecuador by analyzing the state-of-the-art and a market study to develop innovative strategies that promote economic and social development. The study was positivist and scientific because of its cause-effect relationship. It was quantitative with an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational scope. The population comprises 1,422 farmers, with a representative sample of two standard deviations of 212. Among the predictor variables, only labor was found to be associated with agricultural innovation (0.244*) with a bilateral significance of 0.014, less than the p-value of 0.05. In conclusion, agricultural innovation in the parish of Cojitambo should be based on farmers’ training and improving their living conditions. Modernizing agricultural practices throughout the production chain and enhancing productivity and competitiveness are necessary to generate adequate and productive employment.

The methodology used in the study was quantitative, with an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational, cross-sectional and probabilistic approach. The results corroborate a non-parametric distribution, with an arithmetic mean of 3.95 and a standard deviation of 0.489. The averages of the variables: entrepreneurship, innovation, and associativity (0.625**, 0.259**, 0.426**) are statistically significant. In conclusion, supporting local entrepreneurs, promoting innovation, and strengthening associativity are vital strategies to boost economic development, generate employment, increase competitiveness, and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Azogues. These strategies will be adopted based on reliable statistics with empirical evidence to strengthen the social and productive structure.

Over-indebtedness is a phenomenon that puts pressure on the domestic economy and directly affects the portfolio of the financial system. The research was conducted at the level of clients of a cooperative with 142,957 members at the national level and 32,654 members in the city of Azogues. Therefore, the sample size was 379. The research results revealed that the ability to pay (0.367**) and the ability to invest (0.200*) correlate with over-indebtedness at a significance level lower than the p-value of 0.05. It was concluded that top management strategies should focus on the variables that showed a favorable statistical test.

The objective is to determine the factors associated with the productivity of sports enterprises through applied research to improve sound decision-making. The research focused on the users of the DORIAN gym branches —which have approximately 1000 customers— obtaining a sample size of 278. The results of this research indicate that the variables Entrepreneurship (0.401**), Diffusion of Innovation (0.389**), and Competitiveness (0.410**) are statistically significant with the independent variable, Productivity. It was concluded that making sound decisions to analyze competitiveness, growing sports ventures, and maintaining constant innovation is necessary for sustainable success in a dynamic and competitive market.

A justification was used, which refers to the paradigm, research design, subject, and object of study according to the scientific problem. It reflects a quantitative analysis where surveys among the Chamber of Commerce’s members (211 companies) were applied. It represents a simple random probability sample size of 1.96 of critical value and a confidence level of 95%. As data are more significant than 50 study subjects, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied, which was statistically significant for a non-parametric distribution. Moreover, correlations were performed with Spearman's method. It was found that Prom_AssertiveCommunication (0.606**) and Prom_Leadership (0.708**) are strongly correlated with the dependent variable Prom_ManagerialSkills, and it is statistically significant because the statistical test is greater than 0.05 p-value. From all the data obtained, it was concluded that the study responds positively to the research problem because it presents essential data obtained by methods applied throughout the research process.

Tourism in Guapán, Azogues - Ecuador, was affected, and the impact of the pandemic on this sector was analyzed. Moreover, the consequences that it generated in the economy are the deterioration of the population's quality of life and the financial losses in the real and business economy. Quantitative research was applied with an exploratory and descriptive approach to the research variables described at a statistical level. The study is intentionally non - probabilistic because the researcher selected the study context without having an extensive database. A survey was applied with a 95 % confidence level and a estimation error limit. 95 % of the representative sample indicates that tourism should be increased with publicity about the attractions. Eighty - seven percent agree that tourism activities should be reactivated in the study area. It is concluded that there is interest among tourists in visiting the attractions of Guapán - Ecuador, It represents an opportunity that should be taken advantage of.

In this sense, the research aims to determine the level of correlation of business intelligence with competitiveness in MSMEs in Azogues - Ecuador, through applied research to formulate intelligent business strategies. In addition, the study is established in the scientific method, with a quantitative approach, with an exploratory, correlational, and descriptive scope. In addition, it starts from an in-depth review of different articles through the study of other variables: business intelligence, technology, and innovation, which have a close relationship with competitiveness in the MSMEs of Azogues - Ecuador. By using Spearman's correlation, it was found that there is a relationship of 0.656 between business intelligence and competitiveness. It is concluded that different factors generate greater competitiveness, such as technology and innovation in companies. Business intelligence is considered an advantage in the competitiveness of companies by obtaining strategic, tangible, and intangible benefits.

Tourists who visit the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex located in the Cañar canton are taken as a reference for the object of study. An intentional non-probabilistic sampling is applied with 105 surveys which were validated through the judges' criteria method. The applied methodology has an exploratory and descriptive character. The research starts from variables that were taken as they are presented without the researcher having intentionally manipulated them. In the investigation it is verified that the tourist destination is sustainable when governed by the variables of innovation, competitive advantage and associativity, since by combining these 3 variables it is possible to have a tourist management planned, controlled and supported by the local community which would allow the complex shows its benefits in the form of archaeological, adventure and natural tourism. It is concluded that the Cojitambo tourism project constitutes an area of opportunity to develop other sectors such as heritage, agriculture, transportation, education and sports. Consequently, public policy must be geared towards investing resources and betting on public-community alliances that allow the generation of productive employment for tourism service providers throughout the entire value chain.

It can also be stated that the digital transformation has been of great help in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in companies that already most of them market their goods or services through the different digital platforms and others worked through teleworking, technology is a very useful tool since it helps to meet the needs of the consumer and provide a good or service that meets their needs, it is also mentioned that a company that wants to remain in the market must innovate and digital transformation is a way to do it.
