That is why companies have found it necessary to implement strategies that contribute to organizational development. This research aimed to identify administrative plans for the organizational development of the automotive industry in Cuenca, Ecuador. The study was conducted used a quantitative, descriptive, exploratory, correlational, cross-sectional, and field methodology. A survey with a 20-item Likert scale was applied to a significant sample of 30 companies in the automotive industry, specifically in maintenance and repair of motor vehicles. The results were analyzed in the SPSS statistical software package, which gave a reliability coefficient of 0.852 in Cronbach's Alpha. A linear regression model was also applied, which resulted in a standardized coefficient Beta = 0.390 and a Sig. = 0.026 for the independent variable, operational strategies, while the other variable was not significant. In conclusion, of the two independent variables considered, only one exhibited a considerable influence on the dependent variable. It indicates that operational strategies play a vital role in the organizational development of companies in the automotive industry.

It is intended to serve as a foundation for further research on the subject to develop concise strategies that support the maintenance of fast-food restaurants and the emergence of new establishments.

The methodology used is of a mixed descriptive type, involving the inquiry of information sources. Three hypotheses were formulated, and a survey was conducted with a population of 62 clothing sales managers in the parish of El Sagrario in Cuenca, Ecuador. The data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software (student version) and showed a positive and significant relationship between communication and the managers’ performance with a significance value of 0.007 and motivation with a significance value of 0.006. However, in the leadership variable, there is no influence on the managers’ performance. Thus, it is concluded that motivation and communication have a significant and positive relationship with managerial performance, while leadership does not have an impact in this particular case. This may be attributed to the possibility that the model used does not align with this variable.
- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoImplementación de Fabrica de Inyección de Plásticos en la Ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Arguello Rodríguez, Lenin Cristóbal; Banegas Peña, Tito Max; 0105751119El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo de Diseñar la propuesta de una planta de inyección de plástico duro en la ciudad de Cuenca. Con el fin de llevar a cabo la entidad, se ejecutó un estudio de mercado el cual arrojó como resultado que existen consumidores que está interesado en adquirir el producto. Se evidenció una demanda en persona de 305,685 habitantes de la población económicamente activa que adquirirían habitualmente el producto. Por otra parte, se efectuó un plan de operaciones en el cual se establecieron los procesos de producción y la ubicación de las instalaciones de la entidad. Adicionalmente, se realizó un plan financiero determinando que para iniciar las actividades de la empresa se necesitaría $341,462.46 de inversión. Además, se calculó el VAN, el TIR, el PR arrojando que el proyecto es viable, con un VAN de 144,753.65, una TIR de 28.76% y un periodo de recuperación de la inversión a cuatro años aproximadamente. Este resultado indica que el negocio es altamente rentable, ya que si se invierte en la empresa se recuperará más del doble de la inversión realizada. Todos estos resultados son favorables para el negocio e indican que es factible la creación del proyecto.

It is placed in the city's center, in a strategic location. According to the analysis, the business is profitable based on the demand that has these types of products in the citizenship, as people seek to dress elegantly, feel good or look good. This company seeks to position itself in the local, national, and international markets with its brand and impact the textile market. Its designs are at the height of global fashion, with the best national and imported fabrics. According to the analysis of the 100% male respondents, 44% of those surveyed have a fixed salary. Therefore, they are future customers because they like the original design that Fernando Torres offers. The production of shirts, in the company “Fernando Torres”, allows us to know in a closer way each of the processes for the manufacture of a man's shirt and, likewise, helps us to see the role of each of the people who are part of the company, from the administrative function to the operative position.

This is achieved through methods such as budgets and spending plans, among others, that help to anticipate financial needs. The objective of this research is to determine the importance of strategic financial planning in the industrial sector of the province of Azuay. A mixed-methods approach was used, starting from the documentary research through a literature review and surveys applied to a representative sample of firms in the industrial sector. The results show that strategic financial planning supports decision-making, allowing companies to anticipate and address future problems. However, the industrial sector operates in a changing environment in every aspect, particularly concerning government policies, which require changes in financial strategies to ensure optimal levels of solvency and liquidity.

The research problem is the lack of spaces for ice cream consumption in the sector, which causes people to go to other places. The project’s objective is to clearly and precisely determine the viability of this business for its implementation, which will contribute to the sector’s economic development by attracting consumers of the product. The methodology is descriptive in the quantitative field, using the survey technique directed to the specific sector. The result obtained about the business idea is feasible within the margin considered, so it is concluded that it is feasible to implement the "BON GOUT" ice cream shop project
