dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto tiene como propósito principal, el mejoramiento del centro turístico comunitario de Charón Ventanas perteneciente al cantón Biblián. se desarrolla turismo comunitario brindar un servicio de calidad a turistas nacionales y extranjeros que buscan contacto directo con la naturaleza y, por ende, Mejorar la economía de la comunidad. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo de titulación se aplicaron métodos que son los siguientes: conocer, observar y proponer Conocer. — los problemas que tiene el centro y porque dejo de funcionar Observación. - que permitió verificar como se desarrollaba el turismo comunitario de la zona en los años anteriores Proponer. -Acciones que permitirán mejorar Las acciones de mejora pretenden aportar y reforzar de manera efectiva y sustentable, esta investigación está compuesto de varios capítulos que son: estudio mercado, estudio técnico, enfoque metodológico, diseño del modelo de negocios de gerenciamiento, estudio económico y financiero, y estudio de evaluación financiera que será en benéficos de la comunidad permitiéndole brindar una mejor alternativa para los turistas. Es importante recalcar la viabilidad económica del proyecto, por tanto, los resultados permitieron establecer que existe un Valor actual neto (VAN) positivo y una Tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de un 21%es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this project is to improve the Charón Ventanas community tourist center belonging to the Biblián canton. community tourism is developed to provide a quality service to national and foreign tourists who seek direct contact with nature and, therefore, improve the economy of the community. To carry out this titling work, the following methods were applied: know, observe and propose Know. — the problems that the center has and why it stopped working Observation. - which allowed verifying how community tourism in the area was developed in previous years Propose. -Actions that will improve The improvement actions intend to contribute and reinforce in an effective and sustainable way, this research is made up of several chapters that are: market study, technical study, methodological approach, design of the management business model, economic and financial study, and evaluation study. financial that will benefit the community allowing it to provide a better alternative for tourists. It is important to emphasize the economic viability of the project, therefore, the results allowed us to establish that there is a positive Net Present Value (NPV) and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 21%.es_ES
