dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de titulación parte de la necesidad de contar con una propuesta de innovación para aplicarlo a nivel del sistema tributario ecuatoriano. Se basa en las necesidades de los contribuyentes y las facilidades que presta la Administración Tributaria, para tornar eficiente, eficaz y económica la recaudación de los tributos. En este sentido, desde la investigación formativa contenida en el Reglamento y Manual de la Universidad Católica de Cueca, se formula un esquema que viene a suplir ciertas carencias en el ámbito de las declaraciones y las capacitaciones. En este sentido, el objetivo de la propuesta es implementar un diseño en línea para asesoramiento y capacitación tributaria como herramienta de ayuda a la gestión de la administración tributaria y al cumplimiento de las obligaciones del contribuyente. ¿Se ha implementado un Modelo de Negocios para la creación en asesoría y capacitación tributaria on line? El método mixto con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, de alcance descriptico, de corte no experimental es el método ancla del presente estudio. Partiendo de que los impuestos deben constituir el sustento básico del presupuesto gubernamental, siendo así una evidencia clara que el ingreso que obtiene el estado por impuestos es de uso estricto en recursos públicos. El hecho imponible es de naturaleza jurídica – económica establecida en la ley, y deben ir en función de la capacidad contributiva de los sujetos pasivos. La capacidad contributiva es la causa primera para que nazca un impuesto, ya que ningún tributo puede grabar a una persona que no tenga actividad económica. Vale decir que además del diseño de la innovación que cruza por la investigación y el desarrollo de las etapas, se presenta también, como es lógico suponer una corrida de ingresos y costos con la correspondiente evaluación económica y financiera. Es verdad, el trabajo no contiene un plan de negocios puesto que inicialmente está concebido como un argumento académico a este nivel de innovación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present study is based on the need to have an innovation proposal to apply it at the level of the Ecuadorian tax system. It is based on the needs of taxpayers and the facilities provided by the Tax Administration, to make the collection of taxes efficient, effective and economical. In this sense, from the formative research contained in the Regulation and Manual of the Catholic University of Cuenca, a scheme to fill certain gaps in the field of declarations and training is formulated. In this sense, the objective of the proposal is to implement an online design for tax advice and training as a tool to help the tax administration and for the fulfillment of the taxpayers obligations. Has a Business Model been implemented for the creation of online tax advice and training? The mixed method with quantitative and qualitative approach, of descriptive scope, of non-experimental cut is the anchor method of the present study. Starting, also that taxes should constitute the basic support of the government budget, thus being clear evidence that the income obtained by the state from taxes is strictly used in public resources. The taxable event is of a legal - economic nature established in the law, and must be a function of the tax paying capacity of the taxpayers. The contributory capacity is the first cause for a tax to be born, since no tax can record a person who does not have economic activity. It is worth mentioning that in addition to the design of the innovation that crosses through the research and the development of the stages, it is also presented, as is logical to suppose a run of income and costs with the corresponding economic and financial evaluation. It is true, the work does not contain a business plan since initially it is conceived as an academic argument at this level of innovation.es_ES
