dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de titulación de enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo resuelve la situación problemática del entorno: ¿El deporte extremo al ser Una oportunidad de gestiÓn empresarial, hasta qué punto ha sido desarrollado, gestionado y potenciado a nivel dc provectos de inversiones turísticos, conto es el caso del ciclismo de montaña? Y la salida idónea a la investigación formativa de la carrera de ingeniería empresarial. En el primer capítulo se explora las teorías que soportan las características del entorno de la unidad de análisis. En este apartado se encuentran las siguientes teorías conseguidas de bases científicas digitales como Redalyc, Taylor & Francisr,y Scopus. En el capítulo dos se describe el encuadre metodológico que responde al método científico. Se va de lo general a lo particular.es decir, desde los planos teóricos el problema de investigación los protocolos normativos, a la realidad concreta. Se retroalimentan los hallazgos y se retorna a la fuente primaria que es el conocimiento acumulado. Constan también las técnicas y los instrumentos que permitirán obtener los datos de la investigación de campo, procesarlos y realizar el análisis inferencial. En el capítulo tres el lector encontrara la propuesta del diseño del modelo de negocios y el gerenciamiento a nivel estratégico.es_ES
dc.description.abstractFor the present academic work it was necessary to use a quantitative approach and an exploratory and descriptive type of research, which solves the problematic situation of the surrounding. The extreme sport is a potential opportunity for business management and to what extent it has been developed, managed and enhanced at the level of tourism investment projects as it is the case of mountain biking? So it constitutes the ideal way out to the formative investigation of the business engineering major. In the first chapter, the theories that support the characteristics of the setting of the unit of analysis were explored. Besides, in this section theories obtained from digital scientific bases such as Redalyc, Taylor & Francisr, and Scopus are available. In chapter two, the methodological framework that responds to the scientific method is also described. It goes from the general to the particular. It means, from the theoretical aspects, the research problem and the ruling standards to the concrete reality. The findings were given feedback and returned to the primary source, which is accumulated knowledge. Also, the research shows the techniques and instruments used to get the data from the field research. After this, the information was processed and the inferential analysis was done, too. In chapter three the reader will find the proposal of the design of the business model and the strategic level management.es_ES
