dc.description	En el presente trabajo de investigación, se menciona la importancia de la planificación tributaria en el Ecuador, siendo un proceso conformado por actuaciones lícitas del contribuyente sistémico y metódico, en base del cual se elige coherentemente la preferencia legal, que ayuda al mayor ahorro impositivo financiero fiscal de medianas y pequeñas empresas. Se desarrolló este trabajo a través de una investigación documental de artículos enlazados con el tema tomado de los últimos 5 años en revistas web conocidos como : Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo entre otros, debatiendo los resultados de las otras investigaciones, por lo tanto debe ser confrontada de manera efectiva, cumpliendo con todas las leyes impuesta por el estado y finalmente como conclusión que la planificación tributaria busca influir a las PYMES, lo cual es importante el pago de los impuestos y demás obligaciones que tiene como entidad y así prevenir sanciones que derivan del incumplimiento o retraso de estos deberes dispuestos por el estado Ecuatoriano.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the present research work, the importance of tax planning in Ecuador is mentioned, being a process made up of legal actions of the systemic and methodical taxpayer, on the basis of which the legal preference is consistently chosen, which helps greater financial tax savings. This work was developed through a documentary investigation of articles linked to the theme taken from the last 5 years in web magazines known as: Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo among others, debating the results of the other investigations, therefore it must be confronted effectively, complying with all the laws imposed by the state and finally as a conclusion that tax planning seeks to influence SMEs, which is important the payment of taxes and other obligations that it has as an entity and thus prevent sanctions that derive from the breach or delay of these duties arranged by the Ecuadorian state.	es_ES
