dc.descriptionLas condiciones económicas actuales han considerado a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) como fuentes generadoras de trabajo, mismas que se ven obligadas al mejoramiento de su gestión; para lograrlo es necesario la aplicación de controles que permita diagnosticar, verificar y recomendar sobre lo encontrado enfocándose al logro de los objetivos planteados. El presente estudio de revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de la auditoría de gestión en el control en las empresas Pymes en Ecuador, permitiendo brindar una imagen realista de la eficiencia en la toma de decisiones correctivas basadas en los hechos. La metodología se enmarca bajo el método descriptivo y analítico, analizando valiosos estudios de otros autores que se enmarcan dentro de la temática tratada que abordan el contexto Latinoamericano y dentro de este el caso ecuatoriano. Los resultados permiten señalar diversas opiniones que conllevan a solventar el uso de la auditoría de gestión en la evaluación del grado de eficiencia y eficacia con el que se manejan los recursos disponibles y se logran los objetivos previstos por el ente responsable. Se concluye afirmando que una estructura básica de control dentro de las pymes permite evaluar los resultados de la gestión que realizan y el impacto que esta genera en la colectividad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present economic conditions have considered small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as sources of employment, which are required to improve their management. To achieve this, it is necessary to apply controls to diagnose, verify and recommend on what has been found, focusing on the achievement of the objectives set. The objective of this literature review study is to analyze the impact of performance auditing among control in SMEs in Ecuador, allowing to provide a realistic imagery of the efficiency in making corrective decisions based on facts. The methodology is focused in the descriptive and analytical method, analyzing valuable studies of other authors that are framed in the subject that addresses the Latin American context, and within this, the Ecuadorian case. The results indicate diverse opinions that lead to the use of performance auditing in the evaluation of the degree of efficiency and effectiveness to manage available resources and achieve the objectives established by the responsible entity. It is concluded that a basic control structure within the SMEs allows the evaluation of the result of their management and the impact it generates in the community.es_ES
