dc.descriptionLa política social se enfoca en la inversión del capital humano, mejorando los niveles de educación y salud de los grupos más vulnerables de una sociedad. Los programas de transferencias condicionadas (PTC) son instrumentos de la política social para la reducción de la pobreza, con la finalidad de combatir el círculo intergeneracional de pobreza en las familias favorecidas. En lo que respecta a Ecuador, se tomó como objeto de investigación al Bono de Desarrollo Humano (BDH), como herramienta de las políticas contra la pobreza, efectuando un análisis socio-económico de los beneficiarios y sobre el consumo real de los 50 dólares percibidos por los hogares favorecidos, en la Parroquia de Rio Blanco del Cantón Morona de la Provincia de Morona Santiago.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe social politics is focused in the investment of the human capital, improving the education levels and health of the most vulnerable groups in a society. The programs of conditional transfers (PTC) they are instruments of the social politics for the reduction of the poverty, with the purpose of combating the intergenerational circle of poverty in the favored families. In what concerns to equator, he/she took like investigation object to the voucher of human development (BDH), as tool of the politicians against the poverty, making a socio-economic analysis of the beneficiaries and envelope the real consumption of the 50 dollars perceived by the homes beneficiaries of the parish of Rio Blanco of the Canton Morona of the county of Morona Santiago. \nThe present investigative work has been developed with the purpose of analyzing how this social help elevates the condition of life of the beneficiaries, reducing the factor poverty of our county Morona Santiago; in the education and the concurrent attention to the centers of the children's of the beneficiaries public health, since the transfer that grants this program is conditioned to the attendance of the Childress (6 to 18 years of age) to the school and attention prescribes corresponding, also we present the records of the BDH, the population beneficiary and the transferred amounts.es_ES
