dc.descriptionLa presente propuesta de investigación parte de una problemática planteada en torno a un pequeño restaurante de la ciudad de Azogues cuyo nombre es Mi Escondite, el cual actualmente no posee un plan de negocios técnicamente fundamentado que justifique su rentabilidad. En tal virtud, se ha planteado como objetivo la elaboración de un modelo de negocios que considere un análisis interno y externo de esta microempresa. Como punto de partida se efectuó un rastreo del arte, se delimitaron los fundamentos metodológicos y teóricos que dan sustento a la propuesta; luego se analizó el mercado mediante la aplicación de encuestas a la muestra donde se demostró la viabilidad desde el punto de vista del mercado. Luego se formuló la propuesta de modelo de negocio, que dio figura a la cartilla del gerente, la ingeniería de procesos y la cuantificación monetaria de todos los elementos técnicos que conforman el negocio. Finalmente se ratificó la viabilidad de la propuesta desde la óptica financiera mediante el cálculo del Valor Presente Neto (VAN) y la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR).es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present research proposal is based on a problem raised around a small restaurant in the city of Azogues whose name is my hiding place, which does not currently have a technically based business plan that justifies its profitability. As such, the objective has been the development of a business model that considers an internal and external analysis of this microenterprise. As a starting point a tracking of the art was made, the methodological and theoretical foundations that support the proposal were delimited; then, the market was analyzed through the application of surveys to the sample where viability was demonstrated from the point of view of the market. Then, the business model proposal was formulated, which gave a figure to the manager's primer, the process engineering and the monetary quantification of all the technical elements that make up the business. Finally, the viability of the proposal of the financial perspective was ratified by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR).es_ES
