La importancia del control interno en el gobierno corporativo de las instituciones financieras

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of control in the Corporate Governance of Financial Institutions, through of strategies, opportunities and needs for the welfare of groups of interest. It is intended to know how important is the application of Internal Control, key to achieving the objectives, which is why the Corporate Governance takes greater relevance in the financial sector than in the case of Ecuador are governed by the Superintendence of Banks and the Superintendency of Economy Popular and Solidarity. The methodology used is based on a review bibliography of the scientific production of authors who refer to the subject applying skills of the qualitative and documentary method of secondary sources. Finally, the conclusions that revolve around the Government are disclosed. Corporate in Financial Institutions and the close relationship with groups of interest.
