dc.descriptionLa investigación se realizó dentro del Corredor de Santa Bárbara provincia del Azuay, lugar en donde existen diferentes tipos de producción de industria artesanal, que abren opciones de investigación para solucionar problemas propios de cada sector. La presente investigación considera a los sectores de calzado y textil, para plantear la siguiente pregunta ¿Qué nivel de conocimientos teóricos tienen los productores locales acerca de la gestión de compras, para considerarla como una alternativa que aumente la producción industrial?, desarrollando un análisis que tiene por objetivo proponer estrategias para de la gestión de compras, a través de un diagnóstico llevado a cabo con la aplicación de instrumentos de medición, para mejorar la situación actual en la productividad, en busca de un desarrollo local sostenible y sustentable.es_ES
