dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de titulación dc enfoque cuantitativo y (1c tipo exploratorio y descriptivo resuelve la situación problemática del entorno ¿ La gestión del turismo religioso, en el caso de la Virgen de la Nube en Azogues, ha merecido un modelo empresarial que potencie sus ventajas competitivas y garantice rentabilidad y crecimiento del sector turístico? y constituye la salida idónea a la investigación formativa dc la carrera de Ingeniería Empresarial, presente en el artículo científico: Impacto del turismo religioso en la ciudad de Azogues. Caso: Virgen de la Nube. Revista Científica Mundo de la Investigación y el Conocimiento. En el capítulo I se explora las teorías que soportan las características del entorno, de la unidad de análisis. En este apartado se encuentran las siguientes teorías conseguidas de bases científicas digitales como Redalyc.org, Tylor & Francis, Scopus, etc.; Teoría de modelos de negocio, teoría del emprendimiento, teoría de la economía popular y solidaria, teoría del turismo religioso, teoría sobre Investigación de mercados, teoría en base a la organización y marco legal, teoría sobre estudio técnico, teoría referente estructura económica y financiera de proyectos de inversión, teoría de evaluación de proyectos de inversión, teoría de gerenciamiento. En el capítulo II se describe el encuadre metodológico que responde al método científico. Se va desde lo general a lo particular. Es decir, desde los planos teóricos, el problema de investigación, los protocolos normativos a la realidad concreta. Se retroalimentan los hallazgos y se retorna a la fuente primaria que es el conocimiento acumulado. Constan también las técnicas y los insfrumentos que permitirán obtener los datos de la investigación de campo, procesarlos y realizar el análisis inferencial. En el capítulo III el lector encontrara la propuesta del diseño del modelo de negocios y el gerenciamiento a nivel estratégico, lo que nos arroja como resultado un VAN de $5.165,22 USD y un TIR de 25,86%.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work focuses on quantitative data with an exploratory and descriptive approach which helps resolve societies problematic situations. In the management of religious tourism, in the case of the Virgen de In Nube in Azogucs, it rises the question if it has deserved a business model that enhances its competitive advantages and guarantees profitability and growth of the tourism sector? It is the ideal result to the formative research of the career of Business Engineering, present in the scientific article "The impact of the religious tourism in Azogues city. Case: Virgen de la Nube. World Scientific Magazine on Research and Knowledge. Chapter I explores the theories that support the characteristics of the environment, the unit of analysis. In this section, you can find the following available theories of digital scientific bases such as redalyc, tylor, scopus, francis, etc.; theory of business models, theory of entrepreneurship, theory of popular and solidarity economy, religious tourism theory, market research theory, theory based on the organization and legal framework, theory of technical study, theory of economic and financial structure of investment projects, theory of evaluation of investment projects, theory of management. Chapter Il describes the methodological framework that responds to the scientific method. It goes from the general to the particular. That is to say, from the theoretical planes, the problem of the investigation, the normative protocols to the concrete reality. The findings are fed back and returned to the primary source, which is accumulated knowledge. The techniques and instruments that will allow obtaining the data from the field research, processing them and performing the inferential analysis also count. In chapter Ill the reader will find the proposal of the design of the business model and the strategic level management and as a result a VAN of $5,165,22 USD and a TIR of 25,860/0.es_ES
