dc.descriptionEl tema del proyecto “Muebles de sala modulares” se optó a raíz de haber trabajado en varias empresas de muebles y observado los problemas que tienen los clientes con los muebles que fabrican dichas empresas. En nuestro proyecto podremos ver la factibilidad que tendrán los muebles modulares de sala en la actualidad por las edificaciones de tamaño reducido. Después de haber realizado las encuestas correspondientes se ha analizado e interpretado la pregunta más representativa, llegando a la conclusión de que los muebles modulares de sala son de gran aceptación en la ciudad de Cuenca. Se procedió a la propuesta, “Estudio de pre factibilidad para la fabricación de muebles modulares de sala en la ciudad de Cuenca”, la cual se llamará “Muebles modulares de sala CAMIN S.A.” En el estudio de mercado se ha llegado a ver los canales de distribución que tendrá el producto, los precios de las salas y las estrategias que se implantarán para el progreso de la microempresa. Mientras en el estudio técnico se procedió a realizar el análisis para encontrar el lugar más factible para la implementación de la microempresa, encontrándola en la parroquia de Ricaurte, barrio El Progreso, teniendo varios beneficios la implementación en dicho lugar, entre el más importante contar con terreno propio. Nuestro proceso productivo será en línea, desde la fabricación de cascos, tapizado, costura, hasta la entrega, en la cual el cliente optará por armar él mismo su sala o pedir el servicio de armado sin costo alguno. En el estudio organizacional pudimos observar que la empresa tendrá una estructura bastante compacta, teniendo personal comprometido y definido a las actividades que estos realizarán. Al realizar el estudio financiero se pudo analizar que se tendrá una inversión de $64.330,64 USD, teniendo el 75% de recursos propios y un 25% de recursos de terceros. Mientras tanto, el Punto de Equilibrio se encuentra en 132 juegos de sala, la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR), fue del 12.2%. Tenemos la relación costo benefició (B/C), la cual nos indica que por cada dólar invertido se contará con $1,23 de ingresos. Nuestro periodo de recuperación de inventarios (PR), será de 4 años, 6 meses.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe theme of the project “Modular living room furniture” was chosen as a result of having worked in several furniture companies and observed the problems that customers have with the traditional furniture manufactured by these companies. After having carried out the surveys, the most representative question was analyzed and interpreted, reaching the conclusion that the modular living room furniture is of great acceptance in Cuenca city. It was proposed, “Prefeasibility study for the modular living room furniture manufacturing in Cuenca city”. In the market study it has come to see the distribution channels that the product will have, the living room furniture prices and the strategies that will be implemented for the progress of the microenterprise. Whereas in the technical study the analysis for the implementation of the microenterprise is performed, finding Ricaurte parish, “El Progreso” neighborhood as the most feasible place. Our production process will be in line, from the manufacture of helmets, upholstery, sewing, to the delivery in which the client will choose to set up the living room furniture or request the assembly service without any cost. When carrying out the financial study it was possible to analyze that it will have an investment of $ 64.330,64 USD, having 75% of own resources and 25% of resources of thir parties. Meanwhile, the Balance Point is in 132 living room sets, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), was 12.2%. We have the cost benefit ratio (C/B), which inidcatesus that for every invested dollar there will be $ 1.23 of income. Our inventory recovery period (RP) will be 4 years, 6 month. After having carried out a preliminary analysis of the Project, it is recommended to execute the indicated proposal, since it will have important economic, financial and social benefits.es_ES
