| dc.description | El trabajo de investigación se encaminó a proponer la creación de una línea de crédito direccionada a la vinculación directa del turismo con el desarrollo productivo del Corredor Turístico de Santa Bárbara. El producto financiero de crédito propuesto busca adaptarse a las distintas necesidades que tienen actualmente las personas que se dedican a brindar servicios turísticos en el sector, sin descuidar a posibles emprendedores que quieren invertir en el sector, buscando aportar con la generación de nuevas planes de trabajo. En el estudio, se analizaron variables económicas que permitieron determinar las condiciones del crédito, teniendo en cuenta que los productos crediticios deben ser diferenciadores, y su aporte trascendental en la economía del país, como es el sector turístico. Se analizaron temas relacionados con el turismo como eje de desarrollo del país y en particular del Corredor Turístico de Santa Bárbara, se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual del entorno financiero en que se desenvuelve el CTSB, se realizó un estudio de mercado que aportó a determinar la demanda insatisfecha, identificando las condiciones particulares del producto de crédito. Para la propuesta del crédito se consideró las necesidades y oportunidades de crear el éste producto, se determinó los plazos, beneficiarios, tasas de interés y directrices que se fundamentan en las 5 C del crédito. Finalmente se encuentran las conclusiones del estudio de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos; y las recomendaciones que se consideran pertinentes se acojan por las entidades financieras y el Sector Económico Popular y Solidario. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The research was directed to propose the creation of a credit line directed to the direct link between tourism and productive development of the Corridor of Santa Barbara. The proposed credit financial product seeks to adapt to the different needs that currently have people who are dedicated to providing tourist services in the sector, without neglecting potential entrepreneurs who want to invest in the sector, looking to contribute to the generation of new work plans . In the study, economic variables that allowed determining credit conditions, given that credit products should be differentiators, and his momentous contribution to the economy, such as tourism were discussed. Issues related to tourism development axis of the country and in particular the Corridor of Santa Barbara were analyzed, a diagnosis of the current state of the financial environment in which it operates CTSB was conducted a market study that was conducted to determine provided unsatisfied demand, identifying the particular conditions of the loan product. Given credit for the needs and opportunities for creating this product are considered, timing, beneficiaries, interest rates and guidelines that are based on the 5 C's of credit was determined.
