dc.descriptionIntroducción: El turismo comunitario pretende explotar el potencial turístico con el que cuentan ciertos sectores de la población y las personas que realizan su inversión para estas actividades, en este sentido la Parroquia Javier Loyola ofrece muchas opciones para realizar esta actividad dentro del sector. Objetivo: Diseñar un modelo de negocios mediante la aplicación de la metodología de la investigación científica para el sector de la economía popular y solidaria, aplicada en la parroquia Javier Loyola. Metodología: Estudio Descriptivo – trasversal y cuantitativo en el cantón Azogues, entre sus pobladores, por medio de una encuesta sociodemográfica para determinar las preferencias sobre la actividad turística, la oferta que se realiza y la proyección del turismo comunitario en el cantón Azogues. Resultados: El turismo comunitario es una buena opción para los pobladores del cantón Azogues quienes están dispuestos a realizar un paseo o tour por la parroquia Javier Loyola a fin de conocer el potencial turístico y las atracciones que ofrece y que son desconocidas para la mayoría de personas encuestadas, la proyección financiera ejecutada es favorable con un VAN de 16287 y un TIR del 31%, que hace factible la implementación de esta empresa. Conclusiones: El turismo comunitario es una gran opción económica y social para quienes pretenden explotar de manera formal y controlada, con grandes beneficios, el estudio muestra el potencial que existe en este mercado y los resultados son favorables.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Community tourism aims to exploit the tourism potential that certain sectors of the population and the people who make their investment for these activities have, in this sense Javier Loyola Parish offers many options to carry out this activity within the sector. Objective: To design a business model by applying the methodology of scientific research for the popular and solidarity economy sector, applied in the Javier Loyola parish. Methodology: Descriptive - cross-sectional and quantitative study in the Azogues canton, among its inhabitants, by means of a sociodemographic survey to determine the preferences on the tourist activity, the offer that is made and the projection of community tourism in the Azogues canton. Results: Community tourism is a good option for the residents of the Azogues canton who are willing to take a walk or tour through the Javier Loyola parish in order to know the tourism potential and the attractions it offers and that are unknown to most people When surveyed, the financial projection executed is favorable with a NPV of 16287 and an IRR of 31%, which makes the implementation of this company feasible. Conclusions: Community tourism is a great economic and social option for those who intend to exploit in a formal and controlled manner, with great benefits, the study shows the potential that exists in this market and the results are favorable.es_ES
