dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la gestión de los presupuestos y calidad del gasto en el GAD Parroquial de Taday Periodo 2020-2022. Para tal fin se construyó un marco teórico comprendido por las aportaciones científicas de autores reconocidos, que sirvió de base para el análisis de los elementos inherentes a las variables de estudio, presenta tres estudios de autores referente al tema de investigación. Se desarrolló una metodología de investigación bibliográfica y de reportes presupuestarios, para identificar la Gestión Presupuestaria y Calidad del Gasto en el GAD Parroquial de Taday, periodos 2020-2022, para lo que se empleó el análisis de contenido y la realización de entrevista. Los resultados arrojaron que el GAD cumple con la ejecución del presupuesto apegado a la ley, los ingresos provienen de transferencias del estado en casi su totalidad, los cuales financian los gastos permanentes operativos y el cumplimiento del Plan de Desarrollo a través de proyectos elaborados, incluso de la anterior administración que se terminaron en la actual. Se concluye que es fundamental cumplir con el ciclo presupuestario con eficacia, eficiencia y economía lo que repercute en la calidad del gasto, que permite mayor transparencia y beneficio para la comunidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to analyze the management of budgets and the quality of spending in the Taday decentralized autonomous government Parish (GAD by its Spanish acronym) for the period 2020-2022. To this end, a theoretical framework was built, comprised of the scientific contributions of recognized authors; it served as a basis for analyzing the elements inherent to the study variables. It presented three studies referring to the research topic. A methodology of bibliographic research and budget reports was developed to identify the Budgetary Management and Quality of Expenditure in the Taday GAD Parish from 2020 to 2022; therefore, content analysis and interviews were utilized. The results showed that the GAD complies with budget execution in accordance with the law, with most of its income coming from state transfers, which finance the permanent operating expenses and the fulfillment of the Development Plan through developed projects, including those not completed in the previous administration. It is concluded that it is essential to comply with the budget cycle with effectiveness, efficiency, and economy, which impacts the spending quality, permitting greater transparency and benefit to the community.es_ES
