dc.descriptionEl trabajo de titulación con enfoque exploratorio y descriptivo que pretende implementar una fábrica artesanal que apunta a solventar una necesidad o problema de la siguiente manera ¿La elaboración de vinos artesanales en Azogues fomentará un modelo empresarial que potencie competitividad y garantice rentabilidad y crecimiento del sector privado?, constituye la salida idónea a la investigación formativa de la carrera de ingeniería empresarial. En el primer capítulo de este trabajo se encuentran teorías obtenidas desde la base científica digital como es Redalyc, Taylor & Francisr,y Scopus. En el capítulo dos encontramos el enfoque metodológico que responde al método científico para la resolución del problema de investigación llevándolo a la realidad, usado las fuentes primarias. En el capítulo tres se encuentra el diseño del modelo de negocio. En el capítulo cuatro constan todos los estados económicos y financieros del proyecto. En el capítulo cinco podemos encontrar la evaluación económica y financiera, la misma que nos aclara la rentabilidad de dicho proyecto.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe investigation work uses an exploratory and descriptive approach that aims to implement a craft factory that focuses on solving a need or a problem in the following manner: Will the production of artisanal wines in Azogues foster a business model that enhances competitiveness and guarantees profitability and growth of the private sector? It constitutes the ideal exit to the formative investigation of the business engineering career. The first chapter of this work explains the theories obtained from the digital scientific base such as Redalyc, Taylor, Francisr, and Scopus. In chapter two, we find the methodological approach that responds to the scientific method for solving the research problem by bringing it to reality, using primary sources. Chapter three encompasses the design of the business model. Chapter four has all the economic and financial statements of the project. In chapter five, we can find the economic and financial evaluation, which clarifies the profitability of this project.es_ES
