Ítem Solo Metadatos Factores familiares que inciden en el consumo de alcohol y sustancias estupefacientes en adolescentes del centro de rehabilitación Amor y Vida Cuenca-Ecuador(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Chiriboga Pástor, Ana Angélica; Arreaga Guillermo, Johny Alejandro; Herrera Hugo, Blanca; 0105217061; 0150232270Drug and alcohol use in adolescence is a public health problem that requires attention and commitment from all social actors, including parents, educators, health professionals and authorities. The objective of this study is to identify the family factors that affect the consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances in adolescents from CETAD Amor y Vida, categorizing them into a range of prevalence where the main factors that originate can be glimpsed. The research used a non-experimental approach supported by quantitative and statistical methods, several techniques were used, such as documentary research; the bibliographic technique, which allowed the use of digital databases; and, finally, the field technique, which involved the application of previously designed surveys with twenty-two items that made it possible to collect quantitative data; A cross-sectional study was established, during the period March - May 2023. The results revealed that the majority of the population of the Amor y Vida Addiction Center consume due to constant social pressure, being the main factor of their addiction, represented by 45%. It is concluded that the most prevalent factors in patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Center were social pressure, family abandonment due to migration, and generational consumption.Ítem Solo Metadatos Factores psicosociales que influyen en los jóvenes consumidores de sustancias psicotrópicas en los centros de adicciones de la ciudad de Cuenca.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2018) León Sánchez, Andrea Estefanía; Fernández Aucapiña, Nancy Yolanda; 0705356905The purpose of the research was to recognize psychosocial factors that influence young people the consumption of psychotropic substances in addiction centers of the City of Cuenca, considering a group of forty-seven (47) people between men and women, who are in therapy process in the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Center Love an Life "Centeravid", and the Psychological and Psychotherapy Specialty center "Exitus" during the period between March-August 2017. The theoretical foundation was established according to an analysis of the studies carried out by the World Health Organization (WHO); in addition of presenting information that establishes the rates of consumption and classification of substances admitted in Latin America as well as the consumption of drugs and associated factors by population, in this case from fifteen (15) to sixty-five (65) years. The methodology that was applied is the descriptive, inductive-deductive method, (Surveys, interviews with inmates, analysis and understanding of the results). After the process, it was possible to identify which are the main psychosocial factors that induce young people the consumption of several psychotropic substances. Therefore, concluding with an intervention proposal focused on users who attend rehabilitation centers named "Intervention from a Social work perspective in addiction rehabilitation processes", in order to improve their lifestyle and to assist their social and family reintegration.
