Objective: To compare the degree of 'microfiltration of bulk-fill resins with composite resins. Methodology: This study was conducted following the PRISMA statement, a search strategy was established in the "Web of Science" database. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 10 articles were obtained for the bias analysis. Results: The methods found in the studies for the analysis of resin microleakage were: Ryge-USPHS classification, cohesive failure of the restoration margin using the SEM method, and mismatch of the restoration margin due to polymerization shrinkage. Conclusions: Bulk fill resins have a lower degree of microleakage compared to conventional resins. However, this difference is not significant, so it is very important to have more scientific evidence to get more varied analyses by applying them in the long term.
