Rendimiento de avena forrajera iniap fortaleza 2020, con tres dosis de fertilización en función de las recomendaciones del análisis de suelo

The INIAP-Fortaleza 2020 is a forage oat variety developed by the National Institute of Agriculture Research (INIAP, by its Spanish acronym) in Ecuador, mainly used in animal feed. Following soil analysis recommendations, this study aimed to evaluate the impact of three fertilization doses on the yield of INIAP-Fortaleza 2020 forage oat. It is an experimental research with a quantitative approach, with a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, resulting in a total of 16 experimental units formed by 30 m2 plots, in which the oat was planted, with the assistance of a seed drill. According to the results, there are no significant differences for the agronomic variables under study; however, it is observed that treatment 3 (20% additional) presents a higher average yield of fresh matter and plant height with average values of 2562.00 g and 77.52 cm respectively. The research concludes that although there were no statistical differences, several aspects of crops should be evaluated, since the soil often has optimal properties for the crop.
