Additionally, it promotes the learning of rules and impulse control, positively impacting their quality of life in terms of health, mood, and academic performance. The lack of physical activity is one of the leading causes of disease development in children, adolescents, and adults. This study aims to address the needs of schoolchildren by analyzing the influence of Physical Education on the quality of life of students in the middle basic education sublevel at San Francisco de Peleusí de Azogues Basic Education School. This research is descriptive, with a cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach. The KIDSCREEN-27 questionnaire, previously validated in Latin American children, was used as a data collection instrument. The study population was determined as schoolchildren of the middle basic education sublevel of the aforementioned institution through a simple random probabilistic sampling method. The sample comprised 50 participants, equally distributed between twenty-five boys and twenty-five girls.
