Desarrollo de un prototipo de software para la gestión de la inmobiliaria INMOCAÑARI

The real estate company Inmocañari in Azogues, province of Cañar, faces significant limitations in managing properties, clients, and transactions due to manual and rudimentary methods to register and manage such information in addition to its activities. Therefore, this research focuses on developing a software prototype to register properties, manage client information, store their transactions, and schedule appointments. The development was carried out using the agile SCRUM methodology, with an approach divided into sprints for requirements analysis, relational database design in PostgreSQL, and implementing a graphical interface developed in Python with PyQt5. The prototype significantly improved the organization's administrative operations, reducing data entry errors and optimizing customer and property management response times. In addition, the automated generation of reports enabled faster decision-making based on accurate data. In conclusion, the developed prototype represents an efficient and scalable technological solution that centralizes and automates the internal processes of the real estate company Inmocañari, positioning it as a more competitive company and prepared for future market demands.
