The present investigation addresses the current problem of the noncompliance of the Organic Law on Disabilities in the 47 article, which clearly affects people with disabilities labor inclusion in the public sector in the urban Tena Canton area in Ecuador, since there is insufficient employment for this society group, it is important to note that with the application of the Organic Law on Disabilities, people with disabilities have been granted various rights, including health, education, housing, work among others, but it is understood that they are not fulfilled at the moment to guarantee access, which are described in the law, and it is known that in several public and private institutions people with disabilities do not receive equal treatment when we talk about the right to work access, which should be the opposite since people with disabilities deserve and must have a special treatment and according to their condition.
