Ítem Acceso Abierto Vasculitis renal lupica con debut de psoriasis(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Zumba Tenesaca, Pablo Esteban; Salamea Sarmiento, Cecibel Johanna; 0106026214Introduction: Lupus renal vasculitis with the onset of psoriasis is a disease with a low incidence of cases and lacks significant studies, its diagnosis is mostly infrequent. This research work aims to analyze the case of a patient diagnosed with the aforementioned disease, in order to understand the patient's disease process, which initially had a diagnosis of psoriasis and later lupus vasculitis. Clinical case: A 37-year-old female patient, with no significant pathological history, presents with a clinical picture of 10 years of evolution, characterized by generalized lesions, presenting in the upper extremities, trunk and lower extremities. She goes to rheumatology with elevated acute phase reactants, ANA. positive. The skin biopsy reports psoriasiform lesions. Subsequently, she went to the clinic again presenting asthenia, edema, fever, altered renal function, elevated acute phase reactants, and renal biopsy reported pauci-immune small vessel vasculitis, being treated with corticosteroids and immunosuppressants, maintaining her in remission. Conclusion: Lupus renal vasculitis with psoriasis is an infrequent association, as a result of a deficient study of this, it causes delay in diagnosis and therefore significant affection of the renal system in small and medium vessels.Ítem Restringido Vasculitis renal lupica con debut de psoriasis(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Zumba Tenesaca, Pablo Esteban; Salamea Sarmiento, Cecibel Johanna; 0106026214Introduction: Lupus renal vasculitis with the onset of psoriasis is a disease with a low incidence of cases and lacks significant studies, its diagnosis is mostly infrequent.
