Ítem Acceso Abierto Desarrollo de un sitio web para la gestión de cobranzas de la cooperativa de producción y mercadeo SBE de la ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2024) Zhunaula Lucero, Michelle Andrea; Campoverde Molina, Milton Alfredo; 0107417875In the production and marketing cooperative Señor de la Buena Esperanza (SBE) in Cuenca, Ecuador, collection processes and data processing are carried out manually. Therefore, this research aims to develop a website for managing collections and printing receipts using the programming languages PHP, JavaScript, and the RawBT API. The methodology used was SCRUM with two-week sprints and a client-server architecture. The results present the product backlog, the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, the MySQL database design, and the programming stage of the various forms. Also, the implementation of the website in hosting is presented, and the usability tests are performed over three weeks, continuing with the modification of the necessary components and ending with the training of the users. Finally, it is concluded that the website reduces the time spent on collections and doubles the number of collections.
