The most important advantages of the Endocrown are that the macro retentive components are not essential as long as there is sufficient unoccupied area. In addition, the use of root canal posts becomes an exception when it comes to conventional techniques. Nowadays, dentistry is about using minimally invasive methods to preserve healthy tooth tissue and thus better understand the preparations to reduce unnecessary losses. Objective: To determine the efficiency of Endocrown restoration as an alternative for post-endodontic restoration through a literature review. Conclusion: Endocrowns are an option in conventional restorative treatment, offering a conservative and esthetic technique for the rehabilitation of endodontically treated teeth, guaranteeing proper adhesion and restoration success according to standardized parameters
