The study addresses the critical issue of high energy consumption in the residential sector, which has economic implications and contributes to the increase of greenhouse gas emissions. By integrating renewable energy sources, the project promotes urban sustainability while enhancing energy efficiency in the building design. The proposed architectural model is not only aimed at reducing energy consumption but also serves as a replicable solution for other urban areas facing similar environmental and economic challenges. The research employs a quantitative approach, analyzing a representative sample of buildings and incorporating bioclimatic design principles to optimize natural resources. This approach demonstrated a significant reduction in energy consumption and an improvement in residents' comfort. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential of this energy-efficient model to play a key role in shaping sustainable urban development, offering practical solutions for future architectural projects in other regions.
