Methodology: It is a non-observational, descriptive type design; cross section with quantitative approach. The sample size was 110 hospitalized patients; The instrument for measuring quality of nursing care in its Spanish version (CUCACE) was used prior to meeting the inclusion criteria, applying to patients with a 48-hour hospital stay and in the process of hospital discharge. Data processing and analysis was performed with the statistical package SPSS versión 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. Results: The age range of the participants is between 18-78 years, of them the average of 31 years, with a standard deviation of ± 14.96; Female sex prevails with (81.8%). In experiences with nursing care, (80%) of patients have a positive perception; in satisfaction (85.5%) they are satisfied with the attention received. In relation to experiences and satisfaction with sociodemographic variables, a higher percentage of positive experiences and high levels of satisfaction are observed. Conclusion: Statistically it is verified that the patients are satisfied with the care received by the nursing staff during their hospital stay.
