Methodology: An exploratory and descriptive study with a quantitative approach in the city of Azogues, among its inhabitants, through a sociodemographic survey to determine the interest and feasibility of creating a female training school in the city. Results: The professional training of women's football in the city of Azogues is a sporting and business opportunity, since there is no similar one in this area, to more than the boys or mixed schools, so its implementation will give good results, the projection Financial performance gives an NPV of 23.755 and an IRR of 20%, which reflects the economic opportunity of this business. Conclusions: Women's football is booming at the national level, and investing in this field is something profitable, especially if the instruction is from an early age, which will allow to look for the potential existing among girls and young women, which over time of time they can be part of a professional soccer team that represents the city and, in the future, integrate a national team for international competitions.
