    During the elaboration of this work, we will analyze the violation of fundamental rights that people have recognized in our Constitution and other regulations. Then, two of them were considered the most important: the right to equality and the right to nondiscrimination, especially regarding people with disabilities in the labor area, such as occasional contracts and their instability within the public sector; for all this, a study and subsequent detailed analysis will be made on these people’s problems in the search for jobs or employment or their permanence in them; in addition to all this, a review of jurisprudence and doctrine on the subject will be carried out. From the conducted research, the high rate of people with disabilities who are discriminated against and whose rights are violated compared to other people in our country will be demonstrated and highlighted. All this is primarily due to a lack of awareness, education, social reasons, and ideological beliefs that have created social gaps over the years. All this has taken force to date, but neither governments nor people have managed to eradicate them.
