Good living conditions help to reduce alterations during pregnancy. General objective: To identify the determining factors in the quality of life of the pregnant woman. Methods: This research is a systematic review using the PRISMA method for examining and selecting articles about studies on the life quality of pregnant women; it was conducted from May to October 2022. The databases used were: SciELO, Redalyc, PUBMED, Google Scholar, and Dialnet. Results: The study executed a bibliographic search of articles published from 2017 to 2022; these were found in the above-mentioned databases; by the exclusion criterion, 22 studies were chosen, and information was extracted that helped to conclude that the most frequent sociodemographic variables were pregnant women aged 20 to 35 years, with a secondary educational level, they lived in a common-law union, the outstanding etnia were mestizos and from the urban area. Most of them had a low economic status, affecting their living standard. However, in the family environment, the pregnant woman maintained a good coexistence, and the most affected component was physical health.
