In this regard, labor law contains rules and principles universally accepted, among which the unavailability and intangibility of labor highlight. In this research work, the non-renounceable nature of the right to profit sharing will be based since through the principle of non-renounceable, the protective principle of labor guaranteed by the State is exercised as a means to achieve a dignified and fair life for workers since the non-payment of profits violates constitutional principles guaranteed by the Constitution. Likewise, the supremacy of the Constitution is explained from the doctrine and jurisprudence, in addition to the guarantees on which the right to receive profits by the workers is based.
