Objective: To analyze nursing care of patients with cancer through specialized Clinical practice. Methodology: This research is a systematic review that follows a qualitative, retrospective, and cross-sectional design of Scientific literatura gathered from databases such as Google Scholar, Wed of Science, Scopus, PubMed, and Cochranne through the PRISMA method. Publications from from 2018 in English and Spanish werw included. Results: A total of 15 studies were identified, obtaining that nursing care of pediatric oncology patients includes pain monitoring, the management of other symptoms related to the disease, and emotional situation that directly influence resilience, satisfaction, and recovery of the quality of life in cancer patients. Conclusion: Nursing care in pediatric oncology is not only Scientific or systematized but also requires empathy, good nurse-family communication, and a humanized and individualized treatment for pediatric patients that includes recreational activities to improve their well-being.
