The study will be based on analyzing legislation, jurisprudence, and international treaties related to this matter to understand the legal, ethical, and social aspects involved. This research offers solutions and equitable alternatives considering the legal framework, socioeconomic factors, and ethical considerations while promoting awareness and public discourse. Accordingly, the study's general objective is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the mandatory alimony payment by disabled breadwinners to understand the legal, ethical, and social aspects involved and promote equity and well-being for all parties. Specific objectives for the analysis were established by exploring the legal framework to identify inconsistencies and conflicts and to assess the ethical implications of mandatory alimony from disabled individuals. This highlights the importance of a fair and humane approach to enforcing alimony obligations. The recommendations proposed as a result of these conclusions suggest a comprehensive evaluation of each case, legal and specialized advice, the application of the weighting of rights method, flexibility in pension amounts, governmental support, judicial awareness, legal updating, and an individualized approach.
