Television and other conventional media outlets are less frequent among users and enterprises that search to reach out clients though new communicative channels of these outlets. The marketing strategies guarantee the business success in these new contexts for and adequate marketing management. That is why, an objective to develop methods and digitals tools for the creation of an online communication media outlet for the Cañar canton was posed. A descriptive-transversal quantitative research was carried out through an online survey applied to 118 people. The results showed social networks whit the most impact as well as the consumer´s trends. Based on such information, it was developed a proposal of a company that provides marketing digital services called “Power Tv”. The results also allow to understand that social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are both the most relevant and used ones in the Cañar canton, it was also permitted to configure a program oriented to meet the needs of the average users and software and hardware outlets required. It is important to emphasize that, in order to guarantee reliable data to users through digital marketing, it is advisable to opt for the use of paid software, which allows to measure the impact of online advertising and, based on the results, generate new proposals according to the needs of each company.
