Ítem Acceso Abierto Diseño de un proyecto de mejora de la estrategia de precio y comunicación aplicado a la Casa Quizhpi(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2020) Parra Quizhpi, Luis Marcos; Ormaza Andrade, Jorge Edwin; 0302104914; ., .Introduction: The Quishpi House, a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of sporting goods, seeks the implementation of new models and products for the local and regional market, that is why this research seeks to carry out a business model project that allows to know if There is the feasibility of developing a new garment for athletes, the purpose is to give customers the opportunity to customize their uniforms in a particular way, since in other sports houses they sell prefabricated garments that do not allow many changes in color , logos or other details that people are looking for. Methodology: Through a cross-sectional - qualitative research and the use of research instruments such as the survey, the clients' tastes and needs were learned about sportswear. Results: the realization of this feasibility project resulted in the implementation of a new uniform being viable, in the case of the NPV a value of $45992 was obtained and an IRR of 22% shows that the results are positive for the project.
