Objective: Design of an investment and management study of the “Jardines del Rio” condominium located in the Borrero parish. Methodology: Cross-sectional research, quantitative type with a descriptive approach. Through a sociodemographic survey to know the preferences and possibilities of potential clients looking for a home or land. Results: The implementation of a condominium in the Borrero parish, is a business opportunity that will not only benefit those who are willing to do so but also for people who are looking for a home or land to build, since the financial projection executed is favorable with a VAN of $ 1’261.010 and an IRR of 25%, which makes the implementation of this project feasible. Conclusions: The implementation of the condominium will directly and indirectly benefit many people; it is a good business option to do it in the medium or short term.
