Revisión Sistemática”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Gordillo Aguayza, María Guadalupe; Ortega Guallpa, Edwin Marcelo; Godoy Durán, Elvia Narcisa; 0302497607; 0350173092; ., .The nursing profession is considered one of the most stressful careers, where there is a high prevalence of psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, and stress, among others, related to factors such as job dissatisfaction, low performance, and frequent changes of shifts or schedules in the workplace. Objective: To determine the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress in health staff with a focus on nursing through a systematic analysis. Methodology: A systematic study of non-experimental specificity was conducted by searching and selecting scientific content obtained from databases such as PubMed, LILACS Redalyc, Scopus, Google Scholar, and SciELO. Results: When analyzing the 135 selected articles, 24 of them met the necessary criteria for inclusion; it was found that depression, anxiety, and stress are factors that trigger physical and mental consequences in health staff and become significant problems affecting the nurses. Among them are exhaustion, insomnia, work overload, and job dissatisfaction. Conclusions: According to the reviews made, it has been observed that the level of anxiety and stress are present in health staff and especially in nursing personnel in which there are several factors such as excess work, stress, long schedules, changes of areas very close together or problems that can derive to intense anxiety.
