With the development of this study will be evidenced the improvised regulation of Telework by the Ecuadorian State apparatus. The present investigation intends to demonstrate the violation of the Constitutional Right to Work and its principles. Through the bibliographical analysis was made a historical account of the Constitutional Law, the emergence of the Labor Law, the conception of Telework, its origins, regulation, and implementation, from the perspective of the Comparative Law.
