Ubicada en Azogues.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2019) Navas Sanango, Marco Antonio; Ramírez Valarezo, Carlos Fabián; 0302009659; ., .This research proposes a business model for the implementation of automated machines that allow the commercialization of orange juice in places of mass concentration of the inhabitants in the city of Azogues, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and in the search to provide a high quality natural product, easily accessible and within reach of every pocket. For which an analysis of the environment will be carried out, which will allow knowing the medium in which the project will be developed; as well as a market study will be applied in the city of Azogues in order to have a clearer idea of the acceptance of the product before the potential consumers; identification of substitute products and customer preferences, determination of supply and demand, among other aspects. Also, a technical and legal study will be carried out, which will allow determining the optimal location of the company's offices, as well as the strategic places where the machines that will dispense the juices will be placed; the necessary staff; as well as, the permits and legal procedures that must be fulfilled to constitute the company. Finally, the financial technical study will be carried out in order to know the initial investment of the project, the profitability of the business, the time of recovery of the investment among other aspects.
