Ítem Acceso Abierto Sistema de monitoreo del caudal y turbidez en la etapa de entrada de la planta de tratamiento de agua potable Mahuarcay perteneciente a la empresa EMAPAL-EP, basado en la tecnología web server y controladores lógicos programables(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2020) Morquecho Chuqui, Edwin Gustavo; Rojas Coronel, Jaime Eduardo; 0302716691; ., .This research project, aimed at monitoring processes in the treatment of drinking water, includes the design and deployment of a web-based surveillance system during the input stage of the Mahuarcay treatment plant, which is part of the municipal public company EMAPAL-EP. The application is able to measure the flow rate and turbidity values in the plant input through electronic sensors and transmitters, to be displayed in a web GUI developed with web technologies such as the multi-platform runtime environment Node.js and the JavaScript programming language, providing the user with the necessary warning mechanisms, as well as a user-friendly interface with the input variables and a log of their progress to help detect unusual events in order to set up adjustment criteria and changes in the process.
