Materials and Methods: This was a longitudinal descriptive study, with the participation of children aged 2-4 years who came for dental care at the "Pequeños Traviesos" Child Development Center in the city of Cuenca, the sample consisted of 13 participants selected by convenience. Results: The prevalence of Alpha was 97.56% in the first control, 89.77% in the second, and 67.95% in the third, with 63.68% in females and 36.32% in males. Conclusions: Sealant durability was high, with better performance in the female population; Charlie rates were observed from the third control at five months, although with a low prevalence.
