This research aims to systematize and analyze the scientific evidence based on diverse bibliographic sources that have been selected following various inclusion and exclusion criteria, for which the PRISMA 2020 methodology was used. The principal databases utilized for the search were: PubMed, Elsevier, SciELO, Redalyc, Mediagraphyc, and Scopus. It was evident that in the majority of the studies, the most frequently used palliative care was: physical, medicinal, occupational, respiratory therapy, and psychological care: the principal sequelae experienced by patients after SARS-CoV-2 infection include respiratory complications, followed by cardiovascular complications, renal and digestive problems, articular and muscular pain. Therefore, patients with long-term effects must receive individualized palliative care centered on improving their quality of life. Keywords: palliative care, post-COVID-19 sequelae, risk factors, health personnel.
