Ítem Acceso Abierto Análisis de la factibilidad del apremio personal en los días de descanso obligatorio, como medida sustitutiva en caso de prisión por pensiones alimenticias(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Loayza Loayza, Luis Orlando; Palomeque Pesántez, Fabián Santiago; 0705913283This research project will analyze the feasibility of the personal constraint on the days of obligatory rest of the debtor of alimony as a substitute and effective measure that judges could apply for the benefit of the parties so that both the payers can comply with the payment of their alimony in favor of the minors and these satisfy their needs. Thus, this work will allow studying the cases of imprisonment for indebtedness of alimony and establish the above-mentioned as an effective measure to comply with the obligation and, in this way, avoid the violation of the rights belonging to the fed. Furthermore, it will serve as a reference for other research aligned to the proposed topic of study that has as objective and purpose of the study the right of alimony which shows an affectation to the rights of the minor and has been a significant problem at a national level.
